I purchased and fitted my double doors as a DIYer and found them extremely easy with the instructions provided. The kit came with all the screws and even the drill bits and driver bits needed for the full installation which I thought was great. My only issue was that the protective tape had been fitted to the frame and then the doors installed on top of it, this meant it was not possible to removed the tape and I had to remove the doors from the frame to do so. Other than that I am extremely happy with my order and the quality provided.

I ordered a partition with a door for a fairly small opening between two rooms. It was delivered really well packaged and I decided to fit it myself. After carefully reading the fitting instructions and carefully measuring each surface and taking care to make sure everything was level on all sides, top and bottom etc, with some basic DIY skill it was fairly easy to fit and glaze with the rubber seals provided. I opted for the black aluminium and it looks great. Thank you.

Product fine, stated delivery dates are not. Ours was meant to be a friday- Monday delivery and didn't arrive till Wednesday. Not contact about a delay etc.

If your not a carpenter, if you're resonable DIYer these are for you. Hinges ready routed, fittings, morticed ready. A good price and they look pretty good. However, I would have preferred all the doors to slide in one direction, as opposed to three sliding and one fixed.

My Stockholm front door from Vufold is absolutely a gorgeous door, solid, prepainted and a good price for what you get. I would definitely recommend

As a competent DIYer, I found the instructions good and the bifold doors easy to install. They look great and the communication around delivery was very good. The only issue I had was when I removed the masking tape, post plastering, from the frame. Despite having sealed the frame, the tape pulled off some of the veneer. I don’t think I was too aggressive and the tape had been on less than 6 hours, so very disappointed and surprised this would happen. Real shame but I can cover most of the damage with an architrave. Hopefully the veneer on the outside is adhered better, I am going to give it an extra coat of protection just in case.

Doors arrived in super quick time after placing the order. The whle process is straightforward. Sadly one door frame part had a small dent in it. I contacted Vufold and they responded by sending out a replacement frame within days. Customer service like that is so rare these days. Once I had made the opening to the correct measuement the fitting of the frame and doors is pretty straightword for any person with DIY skills. The YouTube video helps to guide you through each step. Pleased I selected Vufold out of all the sellers out there.

Very happy, myself and my wife removed the old wooden frame and installed this new alloy one giving a lot more light and looks a lot more modern, we just need a plasterer now to come in to tidy the walls up

Everything is fine except one hinge and some door seal

We purchased a door from VUFOLD for £1,519.20, expecting a high-quality product and reliable service. However, our experience has been deeply frustrating. At no point during the purchase process were we informed of a strict three-day window to report any damages. When our carpenter opened the box, we discovered that one of the glass panels was broken. We thoroughly searched VUFOLD’s website and found no mention of this three-day damage reporting policy. We reached out to customer service and spoke with Tom, who outright refused to provide a free replacement. Despite following up twice to request a quote for purchasing a replacement glass panel, we received no response. As a result, we are now left with a £1,519.20 door that is unusable due to a missing glass panel. This level of service is unacceptable. A company selling premium-priced products should stand behind them and communicate their policies clearly.
